Cutting-edge drug development using the power of AI, Absci's Vancouver office features a 35,000 sq ft laboratory.

Absci works to create better drugs for the healthcare industry using deep learning AI and synthetic biology to overcome the limitations of traditional drug and treatment discovery. Complete with a state-of-the-art wet lab, this Absci site also serves as a support-office.

Based in Vancouver, this project was first-generation build out of 60,000 sq. ft. – a 35,000 sq. ft. laboratory and a 25,000 sq. ft. support office. We fast-tracked this design-build project with permit drawings completed in 12 weeks and construction slated for 16 weeks. Our scope included new HVAC systems and the process exhaust system, in addition to process piping systems & acid waste. Pleased with our work, additional laboratory and office scope were added to our contract after the initial GMP was completed.
