Packed with amenities, the Field Office is a bold new kind of workspace; featuring a unique indoor-outdoor design concept in Portland's Business District.

Field Office is more than 300,000 square feet of office and retail space in two distinct, contemporary, six-story buildings - surrounded by a central courtyard that is meant to break down the barriers between indoors and outdoors. Featuring large patios and garden spaces - this $61.5 million, LEED Platinum-certified office represents the best in modern-day design and engineering.

We utilized a collaborative design process by taking the lead in the fit and inter‐trade coordination and we provided BIM and design work for all mechanical systems - excluding the fire sprinkler system. Our engineering specialist managed sizing, code issues, and calculations to ensure systems were in compliance with the design narrative and owner specifications. Among our scope of work, we installed 4 AHUs on the rooftops to supply outside air at 100,000 CFM per building - providing VAV core and shell HVAC to the main building corridors, restrooms and common areas. We also implemented VFD fans controlled by a network of CO sensors reduce air removal at periods of low car traffic to save energy in accordance with efficiency goals.

Located in the Southern Willemette Valley, Domaine Serene's Clubhouse offers sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards.

Inspired by Château de la Crée, the Clubhouse at Domaine Serene features a grand room for events and multiple lounges for wine tasting – all wrapped by an expansive terrace so guests can enjoy panoramic views of the estate. A wine cave system located beneath the Clubhouse serves as additional entertainment space. Completed in 2017, the Clubhouse is a testament to old-world design.
