ABOUT US
At Total Mechanical, we’re more than a full-service mechanical contractor—we’re a trusted partner in complex construction. Based in Camas, Washington, we bring decades of design-build and design-assist experience to large-scale projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
From healthcare facilities to higher education campuses, we’re known for tackling some of the region’s most demanding builds and renovations. Our long-standing clients often tell us the greatest compliment: “You act like a true trade partner.” That’s exactly how we approach every project.
We’re problem-solvers during preconstruction, collaborators on the job site, and champions of safety at every step. We build smart, we build safe, and we build it right—right from the start.
Better Plan. Better Build. It Starts With Better People.
At Total Mechanical, our mission—Better Plan. Better Build.—starts with a strong foundation: our people. In 2019, we set out to define the culture that makes us who we are. The result? A clear set of values that guide everything we do:
Quality First. Value Experience. Relationship Driven. Growth. Opportunity.
We believe in empowering our team to think independently, make smart decisions, and shape their own careers. We foster a workplace where every voice matters, and where people feel safe to bring their full selves to the table.
We’re inclusive. We’re supportive. We’re builders at heart.
Be who you are—and let’s build something great together.
OWNERSHIP / LEADERSHIP
Our leadership team is our ownership team. We don’t just manage from a distance—we’re directly involved, working side-by-side with our teams and trade partners throughout every phase of every project.
